About Dessole Dolphin Bay Resort

This beach resort is located directly on Amoudara Beach, just 7 km from Heraklion's city center. Amoudara's center is within walking distance, while Heraklion is a 20-minute public transport ride away. Heraklion International Airport is approximately 12 km from the resort. This 259-room resort welcomes guests with a 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a self-service restaurant, a café, a main bar, a pool bar, a beach bar, a wine bar, an amphitheater, meeting facilities, parking, shops, a children's club, and a playground. Guests can also enjoy elevator access, Wi-Fi throughout the premises, and laundry service. For relaxation, there are electronic games and a TV room. The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Each room features a refrigerator, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, a hairdryer, a 32-inch flat-screen satellite TV, a safety deposit box, and a balcony or terrace. The en suite bathrooms include a shower and bath. Double or twin beds and a direct-dial telephone are also standard. Recreational facilities abound, including two swimming pools (one with waterslides), a children's paddling pool, and complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas around the pools and on the beach. Guests can also enjoy two tennis courts, a basketball court, table tennis, beach volleyball, and pool/snooker. A variety of water sports are available nearby. Daily and evening entertainment programs are offered for both adults and children. The on-site spa provides massages, a sauna, a steam bath, a jacuzzi, and more. A variety of beverages are served in all bars. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are available at the main restaurant, and reservations can be made at the beach tavern.
