The beach hotel is located around 3 km from the modern tourist area of Ixtapa and the traditional village of Zihuatanejo is just a 10-minute drive. Guests can reach the beach in just 5 minutes on foot and there are entertainment venues nearby. The club resort is approximately 25 minutes from the airport and Acapulco is around a 5-hour drive. The air-conditioned hotel has 59 rooms, each with a private pool, and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. The property is built in the form of a waterfall descending into the Pacific, and it features a hairdressing salon, restaurants, a bar, cafe and room service. Guests may also take advantage of the WLAN Internet access, laundry service, car park and garage, and a bicycle hire service. Each guest room features an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a king-size bed, satellite TV and a private balcony or terrace. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, radio, hi-fi, safe, minibar, wireless Internet access, an ironing set, tea and coffee making facilities and individually regulated air conditioning. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also work out in the gym, relax in the hot tub, sauna or steam room, or choose from a selection of spa and massage treatments. Water sports available for additional fees include diving, surfing, motor boating, sailing and catamaran boating. Guests may also explore the surrounding area by bike or on horseback (fees apply) or enjoy a round of golf (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols are also provided on the nearby sandy and pebble beaches. Breakfast is served each morning and set menu and à la carte options are available for lunch and dinner.
