• Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified once confirmed.

Our cancellation policies follow the terms displayed during booking:

• Non-Refundable Bookings: 100% charge applies for any cancellation.
• Flexible Bookings: Free cancellation within the allowed period shown on your booking.
• After the free period or in case of no-show, the full amount is charged.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed as follows:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

Stayvora accepts the following payment methods:

• Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex).
• Transactions in USD or GBP, with full payment required at booking.
• All charges appear as Stayvora Ltd on your statement.

Please note the following:

• No-shows are treated as cancellations with 100% charge.
• Early departures may not be refunded.
• Always confirm your travel dates before completing payment.

• Update email, phone number, and name to receive confirmations.
• Manage saved payment methods securely.

To protect against fraud and ensure payment security:

• All bookings are verified for fraud prevention.
• Chargebacks for valid non-refundable bookings may lead to account suspension.
