1. Introduction
Welcome to Stayvora. By booking travel services through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern all bookings, payments, cancellations, and use of our services.
2. Services Provided
- Stayvora provides hotel accommodation booking services for customers worldwide, primarily serving the US, UK, and EU markets.
- All bookings are made on a prepaid basis.
- Prices displayed include all applicable taxes and charges unless stated otherwise.
- Any local taxes or fees (e.g., city tax, resort fees) are payable directly at the accommodation.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments are accepted in USD and GBP.
- By confirming a booking, you authorize Stayvora to charge your payment method immediately.
- Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are your responsibility.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the rate type selected at the time of booking:
- Non-Refundable Bookings:
Cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booking value is charged. - Flexible/Refundable Bookings:
Free cancellation is only available within the timeframe displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellations after this period or no-shows are fully chargeable.
Any request for modification or cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other entry requirements.
- You are responsible for checking the accommodation’s policies, including deposit requirements, incidental charges, and local taxes.
- Any extra services (e.g., meals not included, minibar, parking, or local experiences) are payable directly to the accommodation.
6. No-Show & Early Departure Policy
- A no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date) is treated as a cancellation with 100% charge.
- Early departures may not be refunded and are subject to the booked rate’s conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stayvora acts as an intermediary for accommodation bookings.
We are not responsible for incidents beyond our control, including:
– Delays, overbookings, or cancellations caused by the accommodation
– Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies)
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
8. Fraud & Chargeback Policy
- All transactions are monitored for fraud prevention.
- Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes for valid bookings may result in account suspension and legal action.
- By booking, you acknowledge that non-refundable and no-show bookings are not eligible for chargebacks.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
