Casa Iris Gombitelli

Casa Iris is a charming property on three levels located at about 500 meters above sea level, in Gombitelli, municipality of Camaiore (LU). Entering inside, access is to the living area with dining room and living area with kitchenette in a single room, where there are a pellet stove and a wood stove that heat the entire apartment. The area consists of a large wooden table divisible with benches and chairs to comfortably enjoy meals in company. Below are sofas and armchairs for moments of relaxation and/or reading. On the upper floor, which is accessed by a comfortable staircase, there is a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with tub. On the top floor there is a further triple bedroom with double and single bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In another room there is a bunk bed with two single beds. Outside there is a large garden with a panoramic veranda and barbecue. By car you can access it from a ramp shared with another property with which you share the parking area while the parking spaces are reserved. The village of Gombitelli is a picturesque hamlet of Camaiore Famous for the art of pork butchery and for having developed an “all local” language over time. Gombitelli is a small village nestled among the woods on the hills. It is located on a ridge of Mount Calvaria, at 492 meters above sea level and has a few hundred inhabitants. The symbolic monument of the history of the village is certainly the castle that belonged to the Nobles of Montemagno. Today the ruins of the houses and two towers remain. A short distance away are the famous seaside resorts of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi. About an hour's drive away you can visit the picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre, accessible by dedicated train. Nearby are also the fantastic cities of art: Lucca, Pisa and Florence
