About Fedrania Gardens

Fedrania Gardens is a 2-star hotel nestled in a quiet, green area of Ayia Napa. Renovated in 2015, the hotel is conveniently located just 800 meters from the beach and 1. 5 kilometers from Ayia Napa's center, with easy access to restaurants, pubs, and shops. It features two large swimming pools, two children's pools, and an outdoor Jacuzzi, all situated next to a spacious terrace and gardens. The hotel comprises two sections. The main (old) building houses 22 standard twin rooms and 31 one-bedroom rooms (a/c located only in bebdroom), all renovated in 2015. A newer section, built in 2018, offers 10 Junior Suites with private pools, 22 Family Swim-Up rooms, and 35 Superior Rooms with inland or pool views.
