About Forth House By Supercity Aparthotels

Opening in Spring 2025, work is underway to transform Playfair House and the Category B Listed Forth House into a signature new Supercity Aparthotel in the centre of Edinburgh. Retaining the historic façade of Forth House, we will transform the existing Playfair House to sensitively incorporate old and new in the city’s New Town district. The property will include Studio, One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Apartment Suites.
