Downtown House guests have access to the Downtown House pool, while Beach House guests can enjoy the Beach House pool and beach access. Dining options include Umi Urban Kitchen and in-room dining at Downtown House, and C Grill at Beach House. Note: Minimum check-in age is 21. The hotel is 100% non-smoking, with a $250 cleaning fee for violations. A daily resort fee of $37. 12 USD applies. During 2025, one dog up to 48 pounds or two dogs up to 24 pounds each are welcome without a pet fee (waiver required). Pets cannot be left unattended.
