About Lorne House

Set within a Victorian villa in the Wiltshire village of Box, this boutique bed and breakfast is the former childhood home of 'Thomas The Tank Engine' creator, Rev W. V. Awdry. The property provides a peaceful base just six miles from the historic city of Bath. Guests can enjoy a complimentary English breakfast each morning.
