Located approximately 15 km from Palma de Mallorca and 20 km from the airport, the complex was renovated in 2009 and offers 119 apartments across two large blocks connected by an outdoor lift. This lift also provides access to the swimming pools, gardens, and pool bar. Further amenities include air conditioning, a lobby with 24-hour reception, internet access, and bicycle hire. Each apartment features a bathroom with a bath, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, cooker, and microwave, a TV, air conditioning, and a balcony. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool with a separate children's pool and poolside bar, along with a sun terrace furnished with loungers and parasols. Parking is available for €15 per day.
