The Mirti Bianchi Residence is located in Santa Teresa, a short walk from the pristine Rena Bianca Beach (800m) and the town center (300m). The modern tourist harbor offers ferry access to the enchanting islands of La Maddalena, Corsica, and Bonifacio. This three-story residence comprises two sections, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. A lift connects the apartments with indoor parking. Each apartment features thoughtful furnishings, including crockery, cutlery, a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a microwave oven, an iron and ironing board, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Ground floor apartments boast a furnished patio, while those on the upper floors offer a veranda. Rates include water, electricity, gas, and bed linens. Reception is open from 9 am to 1 pm and 4:30 pm to 8 pm. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool (open from May 15th to the end of the season), a relaxing terrace, a fitness area, communal washing machines, and private indoor and outdoor parking. Rena Bianca Beach, known for its white sand and crystal-clear waters, is just 800 meters away. Beach umbrellas and sunbeds are available for rent from local providers, and diving centers are located nearby.
