The Silken Fontibre Iberia & Spa, built in 2024, offers 47 guest rooms and convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi in public areas and a 24-hour reception desk. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides on-site parking. Guests can also enjoy a range of health and wellness facilities. Additional fees may apply for some services. A maximum of one dog per room is allowed. Before making the reservation, guests must always inform the hotel that they are traveling with a pet, as these rooms are subject to more limited availability. If this is not communicated in advance, Management reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation and charge any costs incurred in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable on the day of arrival at the property. For safety reasons, the pet owner certifies that the pet is up to date with vaccinations and in optimal hygienic condition (documentation may be required). The owner is responsible at all times for cleaning up after their pet’s physiological needs. A pet supplement of €18 per night will be applied. The pet owner is obliged to keep the animal in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions. Pets are not allowed in common areas and must be kept on a leash when entering and leaving the apartments. Pets may be left alone in the room provided that guests remain within the hotel premises and are easily contactable. If the pet causes disturbing noise (barking, meowing, etc. ) that may bother other guests, the owner will be required to take immediate action, which may include ending their stay at the apartments. Failure to comply with these regulations, or if the pet causes material damage or inconvenience to other guests, may result in penalties proportional to the damage caused, which will be charged to the final bill. If, upon inspection, the apartment requires extra cleaning due to improper use by the pet, an additional charge of €100 will apply.
