Somerset Damansara Uptown is located in a prime commercial district which is a popular residential area for both local and expatriates. The KLIA is an hour drive away from the property. Kuala Lumpur City Centre is also located 13. 3km away with approximately 20 minutes drive from the property. There are a few shopping mall surrounding the property such as The Starling Mall-1 Utama Shopping Mall-IKEA and Tropicana City Mall. The new serviced residence will be part of an integrated lifestyle development that includes a 200 000 square feet retail mall and a commercial tower housing multinational corporations It is also close to Bandar Utama/Mutiara Damansara and Damansara Heights which are host to many Fortune 500 firms. Guests will be able to enjoy facilities such as a gymnasium/swimming pool/restaurant and sky lounge. Business travellers will be able to make use of the business centre and conference hall which can accommodate up to 900 people. A Sustainability Fee of MYR7. 00 nett per room per night will be incurred as mandated by the State Government of Selangor. This fee is collected by the hotel accordingly.
