Southern Dunes Resort has been built on the fringes of one of Florida's most renowned golf courses in a lovely gated community setting.
Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
