Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is a year-round Vancouver Island destination located on 10. 2 acres in Parksville, BC. Our modern and spacious condo-style vacation rentals offer a place to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy the natural park-like setting we are surrounded by. Luxury, relaxation, adventure, and the ocean – just a short walk down our beautiful beach pathway – are what you will find when staying at Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort. Please note, this Resort is undergoing construction to develop the new Residences at Sunrise Ridge duplex and townhome units. Please note the resort is under renovations from Monday - Friday. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.
