Renovated in 2000, the complex is set within a lovely 50-square-meter garden and comprises a five-story main building and a two-story annex, offering a total of 20 apartments. Facilities include a foyer, safe, elevator, café, garage, bicycle storage, and a restaurant with highchairs for children. Room, laundry, and medical services are also available. Each apartment features a combined bedroom/living area, an en suite bathroom, fridge, kitchenette, central heating, safe (for rent), and tiled floors.
